iPhone 7 is best iPhone ever. Benefit of buying in BestBuy is you get 5% cashback in points if you have BestBuy card. No where else you get any discount on iPhone. Now they are selling unlocked iPhones too.

I had a Droid iphone I was not thrilled with its performance. I decided to switch to an Apple iphone and I am so glad that I did. It is easy to use, fast response time and customer service is great!!!

Researched the best price for an IPhone. Best price was at Best Buy. The person who helped me knew his stuff. He got us hooked up and the old phone switched. The whole process took less then 25 minutes.

It's less about the phone: mostly about the sales staff, Scott A. and manager, Sean, that sold the phone the same day...versus the Apple Store getting the sale. Service! Service! Service! = Sale every time!

It's a phone... My iPhone 7 works fine... faster than my 6+. The programs freeze sometimes and pressing the button on the camera won't work (works when it wants to). I stopped complaining. If I didn't have some much invested in Apple, I would switch to the Note. (not 7)

This review is more about the customer service in setting up this IPhone. The Best Buy employee was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The IPhone is a great product. The only reason this review is not a 5 is the lack of IPhone 7 plus phones in stock. That and the screen size is a bit on the small size if you have big hands.

I loved iPhones for years....although, my 6 had battery problems just when I updated it to recent iOS.....had to upgrade after 2 years....I guess that's not too bad, but wanted to wait until next year.

This was and excellent buy and I was lucky to find this on sale. The salesman couldn't have been better. I believe this was a much better experience than upgrading at Verizon my cellular service.

This phone is sleek, cool looking and fun to play with. I am totally impressed with the home button and the amazing technology making it operate the way it does. My only complaint is the screen size. The plus was not available for purchase when I bought the iPhone 7 or I would definitely have chosen the plus. Overall....great phone!

I have been using an iphone 6 for the last 3 years. It has been a great phone. Needing to upgrade, there was no question which phone I would go for. I look forward to having this for many years.
