My kids both wanted this phone. They are both very happy with it. I'm not an Apple user so I can't speak from my personal experience. Both kids are happy with it and have no complaints is what I can say about it.

I knew I would like the phone, but was really impressed by the service at Best Buy. John was knowledgeable and helped us choose the right phone for our needs. Will definitely come back when it's time to upgrade again.

iphone 6 broke and replaced with the 7. Love the color. Great camera.

I swapped my iPhone 6 for the new iPhone 7. Nothing wrong with the 6 but there was a great promo to swap it for the new 7. It works great. If you have any other phone other than a 6 I'd highly recommend getting the 7.

Was due for an upgrade and debated on android or a iphone. I have had windows phone then went to android now moving forward with a new iPhone 7. No regrets ! I have had my new phone for a couple of weeks and love it!

I'm an Apple fan. This iPhone is no different. It's been great so far. Still pretty new upgrade for my oldest son so only time will tell, but all the folks I know who have an iPhone 7 are very happy with it.

iPhone 7 - best features - water resistance - glad finally Apple did it what they could have done with previous version to make Apple more versatile and all weather phone call especially if you enjoy outdoors a lot

I've had cell phones for a long time & finally decided to get a full-featured smartphone 3 months ago. It really is amazing what these things can do. I'm still learning, but it really is a super portable computer.

Horrible customer service! I was told I would earn a $25 rewards voucher for each phone I upgraded. I upgraded two and only received $25. Should of gone to a different store to upgrade who would honor their policy

I'm writing this review after using the phone over a month. Bought an unlocked version from Best Buy. You can use any sim card. Battery backup is good, decent camera and prompt UI response. Worth buying this phone.

Love the continued sleek design but doesn't have enough new features

larger screen and great graphics makes this fun to play games on

I tried switching to android but quickly went back to iPhone Bc I just missed the simplicity. My only complaint regarding this one is that you can't charge it and use the auxillary cable or headphones simultaneously Bc of the new design. I guess if I had a Bluetooth headphone set then you could but I hadn't purchased those yet and it's been annoying.

All Apple products great and this is no exception. I like to purchase my Apple products at best but because their customer service is excellent and you don't have to fight the crowds at Apple stores or AT&T

This is my 4th iPhone. (4s, 5s, 6s, now the 7) sometimes apple products can be a pain, but in the end the security aspect of the iPhone is 2nd to none. I'll keep buying them as long as I can afford them!!
