Works like it's supposed to..................................

Very happy with the phone. I was looking for more storage!

It's less about the phone: mostly about the sales staff, Scott A. and manager, Sean, that sold the phone the same day...versus the Apple Store getting the sale. Service! Service! Service! = Sale every time!

Was going to go with a 6SE but talking to Best Buy rep...he pointed out for just a little more we are getting the kids the latest version, and now they can keep the phones for a long time...Great Advice!

i like the larger size, and its not too big for your pocket

The case itself is great; no complaints. Some useful information for you however, I was told that tgis case would also fit the iPhone 7 it doesn't. The case fits but the camera and speakers are different.

Bought it as a gift for my mom who was in dire need of an upgrade. She absolutely loves it. Not to mention the wifi calling so she always has service at home. Call quality is impeccable. Excellent phone.

Most people know what to expect with iPhone by now. They're a good solid phone and great to own. The 7 has been great to use to far. Not a ton different than the 6. Just minor tweaks and changes.

A lot of application that I don't know before. Easy to use

I did not want the iPhone seven. I wanted my son to have the six but none were available. Andrew the salesman was great and we ended up paying the same for the seven because he advised us of a sale.

If your a I Phone/ Apple product fan, you will love this.

I wasn't sure if the size of my iPhone 7 would be too large for me. However, it has turned out to be perfect. It isn't too large at all. Also, the camera is so much better than my iPhone 5s! I love it!

The phone is great. Love it! The service was even better. The employees were amongst the best. Better than the carrier stores because I felt like I wasn't being pressure and they were very knowledgeable.

I was very hesitant to purchase an apple phone after all the openly owned issues on apple's part, but after years of android devices he loves his phone and we haven't had any issues yet. I purchased insurance through my carrier though because best buy did not offer replacement for a lost ot stolen device. Therefore it gets 4 out of 5 stars.

For first iPhone, I like it a lot. Easy to learn to use.

I bought this phone to replace my Samsung. I'm glad I did, I can now keep in touch better with my family using FaceTime. I like the black finish on it, it gives it a clean look. Definitely a must buy.
