Not a great experience with Best Buy. The sales person for AT&T didn't change our contract like we ask, which we didn't find out until the next bill was posted. The iPhone 7 that we bought died within two weeks of purchase. We returned the phone to Apple and they gave us a new one. It just wasn't a smooth transaction...

Was sold right off the bat when the salesperson said it had a battery that was better and the charge lasted longer. It is easy to use and was a good choice. Awesome customer service.

I bought an iPhone 7 and I absolutely love this phone!! Was on android for a long time but decided to switch to ios because of the note 7 incidents! Great phone love everything about it!!

My daughters both have iPhones and they seem to be able to hold up to teenage wear and tear nicely. I don't see anything wrong with them, other than I don't know much about iPhones.

Just what I expected from the iPhone 7. The waterproof feature is a plus. I went from the 6s to the 7 so there wasn't s huge change. The camera seems a tad more crisper than previously.

I'm kind of a tech dummy and only switched from my 5s because it died, easy transition no trouble or problems so far. Best Buy switched all my stuff from my dead phone thank god!

A Very fast and reliable phone. Can run multiple tasks without slowing the cpu down. I may not be going back to android anytime soon.

Glad to be back to the I-phone.after using this new I- phone I found it is complete and all I need now and for a long time ..I do not know how it can be improved..Very smooth operating..

I upgraded when my iPhone 6 started having battery issues. What can I say? It's an iPhone. You either love iOS products or you don't. I just can't convince myself to go to an android.

Purchased phone using Best Buy trade in program. Great deal. Matte black finish is amazing looking and the new home button is very functional as opposed to the old clicking one.

Bought this phone for my husband for Christmas an an upgrade to his iphone 4s. So much faster and the picture quality is amazing. Apple products are always amazing.

I love the iPhone7, but the process of buying at Bestbuy is complicated. The sales agent was new and was not familiar with the pricing plans or compatibility of payment options.

My brother told me that androids were better, but apple is way easier to use and they have enough memory now were i don't personally need a memory stick slot, so this phone is good

So glad I upgraded to the faster and larger screen iPhone 7. The memory is 4x my previous phone and runs so much faster. Home key takes a little getting used too. Highly recommend.

After switching to Samsung S7 from an iPhone 6 I couldn't get back to an iPhone fast enough. Incredible camera and very good for everyday tasks without ever running into glitches.

Great phone and great service by BestBuy. I had pretty much every iphone from the 2nd generation to this last one and would never change it to anything else, super easy to use.

The iPhone 7 is a great phone.... replaced my iPhone 6 so my son could have a newer version.... both are just great phones and Best Buy makes it so easy to get everything set up.
