Overly not impressed. Just seems like another iPhone being made. Do enjoy all the storage space.

My daughter is very happy with it. Vast upgrade over her iPhone 5s that recently died.

My biggest problem is the OS asks if I want to share apps and not skits open them. Who shares every app they click on every time the try to open them! Also they added odd menus to open apps. The outlook app doesn't give me an option to open my inbox so I have to open the calendar and then switch to the inbox.. apple needs to fix ''tis stuff!

Replaced my two year old iPhone 6. Battery seems to drain quickly. Otherwise works like it should.

Still figuring out the changes from the 6 but would not go back. Have had a few apps not work.

Like it as I have all the others but had some issues, the phone heated up and had to be replaced

Upgraded phone for my girlfriend. Her iPhone 4 decided to melt after all these years, hahaha

I have enjoyed the upgrade I made so far from the 6s. Ink have always been happy with apple

Space on it is great. Don't like that there's only one port for both charger and headphones.

Very happy with the purchase. I am giving it to my son as a gift as he enters middle school.

There is a software issue on Apple's end that had me go through 4 phones in a week. While Best Buy did their best to accommodate me, it took over 25 hours for this to be resolved. Managers and staff were great through the process, however AT&T and Apple customer service slowed the process down and everyone struggled with getting through to them.

I ordered this phone on Black Friday and was traveling at the time. Being crazy busy upon returning home I did not open the box right away. When I had time to set up my new phone, powered it on and the home button did not work. Hardware defect out of the box. I called ATT and the agent did some checking and found this is a known issue on some of the phones and to take it back to Best Buy. She even called Best Buy for me and was told that it had been 15 days and I only had 14 days to return it. I spoke with Best Buy as well and they refused to give me a new phone. I ended up spending hours on the phone with Apple, and waiting a week to get an appointment to come into their store to get a phone that actually worked. Bottom line I would buy another phone through Best Buy.

The BESTBUY Stuff is super helpful and professional to help me set up everything of the phone.

Hard to sync phone to old phone's data. Lost pictures and music. Otherwise a great phone!

I had an IPhone 6 so I was very aware what I was purchasing. I have been pleased so far.

I really like my iphone 7 with 128 GB. If you need a lot of memory, this is the phone to get.

I think everything i want on this iphone is up to par, except i have random moments when it restarts the entire phone...usually during important times (such as trying to make and important phone calls) its a little hard to justify the price with the issues ive been having
