    I was promised a $25 Reward certificate by the sales agent for getting a new line and phone from Best Buy when I went to buy a phone for my son. After several calls to customer service and visit back to the store, I am still waiting to get that $25 reward card. Fool my one shame on you, not going to fool me twice Best Buy
