I previously had a 5s. This is bigger and thinner and the battery life is so much longer. The home button works a bit differently but easily. The one thing I don't like is that when a text pops up on the lock screen, it's very hard to "press now" to open the message. But this is a software issue and not hardware.

Having own a first gen iPhone, iPhone3, Iphone4, Iphone5, Iphone6 on a two years contract with AT&T since 2007. iPhone 7 is a leap forward from previous models, except Iphone6. Beside the speed faster, better graphic and other small things, there's a downside about it. I'd prefer to have a 3.5 mm headhone jack over bluetooth headphone. If they include the bluetooth headphone with the price of the phone, then it's a good deal; otherwise, I hope apple would reverse the decision putting back the headphone jack.

When I went to purchase this phone, I wanted the 256gb model, but it wasn't available, and I didn't want to wait. I have found the 128gb version is more than enough to store all of my music and photos, with room to spare! I love this phone, and I am happy I moved away from android. The battery life is fantastic!

I had a 3G, followed by a 4G. I sat out the 5 series and was finally ready to upgrade. I was considering a 6(SE) as I liked the size of my 4G, but I'm glad I got the 7S instead. The larger size is not a problem, and it should last me as long as I need (I upgrade after 3 years, not annually like some people do).

No glitches found yet. Better camera than the 6. Wish more cases were available but overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase

The phone is fine but it needs the headphone jack back. Like the extra speaker but would be easier with the headphone jack.

I resisted Apple products for a long time and finally decided to try the Iphone 7 plus as it offers accessibility options for a legally blind person and I love how easy it is on my eyes and how big I can make my font/text and boldface it. Totally worth the buy as I can't find this feature in other brands.

I upgraded to the new iPhone 7 from a iPhone 6. At first, I felt like the upgrade wasn't worth the cost of getting a new iPhone. It felt and looked almost exactly the same. After using it for a few months, I have fallen in love with it. You won't regret upgrading to Apple's latest tech, you will love it!

I was an android user for years. But after the s7 issues of burning up I figured it's time to try apple and I'll be buying apple from now on. It's not just the phone I love but the customer service and insurance policy they have. For you die hard android users just give apple a try and you won't regret it.

I love my new phone. I was frustrated with the battery life of my samsung S4. No issues with battery life of my new IPhone.

Ended up replacing the 128GB iPhone7 with a 256GB iPhone7 since it was a better value in regards to price/storage.

I have been an iPhone fan for the last few years and this new phone has a few new perks versus the 6 that I upgraded from. I prefer the smaller phone over the "plus" because of size. I also went with the 128gb which is much more than I need, but since they got rid of the 64gb the 32gb would not be enough.

This is the best iPhone yet, great battery. Best talk time yet, and better coverage in low signal ares compared to my 5C.

It definitely is a different phone from Galaxy, but I am loving it. Glad my daughter was able to help me learn about some of the features. The iCloud name and password was not set up correctly by the Best Buy assistant, and thankfully, my daughter was able to find my name and password for me!

This is my first iPhone and really like the ease of use! Awesome how it connects with my computer and iPad.

Nice phone upgrade for me from my old 4. Should of left the headphone jack imo but at least they give you the adapter!

the camera works great, the audio is awesome. The transfer of data was not the easiest and I am glad I have a teenager

iPhone has so much more features plus an excellent camera. Purchasing thru Best Buy had the best price incentives

I do like the iPhone but there weren't major upgrades. Hopefully the 8 will be more exciting. Still a solid phone
