I've never had issues with iPhone but I've always bought the AppleCare plan to be prepared. Had some water on this phone with no issue too!

Love the iPhone. Doesn't get much better than this. Camera makes keeping family pics easy and they're nice enough to make albums out of.

i had iphone 6 plus, now iphone 7 lots of difference fits better on my pockets, i haven't dropped it ,as i used to do it with my big phone.

Love the simplicity of it all. The louder speakers are worth the removal of the headphone jack! Mostly use speakers or Bluetooth anyways.

Only reason I changed from a 6 was for memory but I love this new phone, feels lighter and slimmer and ofcorse love having lots of memory

I upgrade from an iPhone 6s 64 gig. I don't think it is possible for me to use this much memory. Also noticed it has better battery life.

I've been an Apple girl for a long time now. the iPhone 7 meets all my needs and then some. The extra GB really comes in handy too!

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it! With the water resident body it's even better.

I finally upgraded to an I-phone 7 and I love it. The storage allows me so many more apps than my old phone did. It's about time!!

I like my new iPhone 7. I just wish that the camera was better quality. Some of my friends have Samsung phones and they seem to take better pictures. I don't love the fact that there's no jack for headphones, however it does come with a connector.

Love the phone the set up was a little much but the phone is nice and slim. The only thing is that it takes a little getting used to.

I'm still getting used to the size of the phone, but so far I am loving it. The bigger screen is what I wanted; however it's a little big in my hand, and feels a bit awkward. But I suspect I will get used to the change and it will be fine.

It's a great phone. Buying it from best buy was easy and satisfying
