Fantastic In Store Support

He personally took responsibility to work with our carrier while we were in store to get our phones swapped. He also price matched to the carrier's online price with absolutely no hassle. Best Buy and Jon saved us both time and money. Very positive experience.

Not As Good As iPhone7

Good Smart Phone but slows under heavy data use
