Had an older model when I purchased this had so many different features that the old one didn’t have so happy I purchased this phone

I purchased the iPhone 7s after having an iPhone 5s. This phone's screen is bigger, clearer and the camera is exceptional. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Overall I'm very pleased with my Apple - iPhone 7 128GB - Black (Sprint) a little bit of a learning curve adapting to 3d touch but love the extra storage space

Bought this to replace my old iPhone 4s. Everything is upgraded and much better than my old one except the quality of sound is not as good when playing music.

Made this switch from android to Apple to put the whole family on one system. We enjoyed being able to share Apps between each other with only one payment.

I wasn't too excited with my phone, due to the fact they only have 14 days to exchange it I couldn't do anything about it, the screen freezes a lot, and I always have to keep turning it off and on, I would not recommend it

It was a very simple conversion from my IPhone 6 to the 7. All of my apps transferred easily. The 7 has a better camera and the battery lasts longer

I switched from Verizon to sprint and got a new iPhone 7. So far, better service than I expected and great phone. The gentleman helping me was great!

The iPhone 7 was a little disappointing for me since I was upgrading from the 6. I needed a new phone but was really hoping for significant changes. Since I am an IPhone user, I will stick with IPhones for the future but I do hope they come up with better features on the phone.

Easy peasy upgrade at our local store with great service. Hardly any wait time & Miracle, our phone service tech, was professional, knowledgeable & fast.

I am really enjoying the iPhone 7. Best Buy did a great job of explaining it to me though the entire phone book and pictures did not transfer over.

They had this exact phones in different colors last upgrade. They loved them so much they decided to get different colors but same phones

I have never had an issue with any of my iPhones over the years. I look forward to each and every new release with such excitement! Thanks Apple :)

I love to have the latest iPhone and have it in a limited edition color was even better, the best camera definition and the Live Photos are great!

Was time for new phone and was able to get mom to convert from android to iPhone. After she read some reviews and played with my iPhone she was sold.

Not much of a difference. Not worth thr upgrade. And the headphone jacl is now gone you have to plug in to your charge port so you cant listen through headphones and charge at the same time. Not a recommended upgrade

I bought this phone to replace my defective 5s and with the software updates that’s been happening my phone remains in working order.

Great iPhone. Minor problem: You have to apply just the right pressure on the button or you will be connected to Siri instead of the main page.

Really enjoying my new iPhone, the staff at Best Buy in Atascocita made the switch very easy and help me save $30 month on my cell phone bill.

Bought this as an upgrade for my daughter from the 6s. She likes it. Only down side is the elimination of the separate headphone port. I'm not spending $160 on airpods and hours in a car requires charging too. Can no longer charge and listen at the same time.
