Of course I needed the newest iPhone. Everything is faster on it plus camera is great. Same like the previous model. Only and biggest downfall is no headphone jack! And the adapter won't work on older cars even my 2013 mini!

Don’t do it! Had to upgrade from my iPhone 6. Major disappointment. Battery issues were biggest problem. Phone would not last half the day. Since returned and upgraded to iPhone 8+

Worst smart phone Ever bought. Too slow and freezes screen frequently and Difficult to make even emergency calls as screen freezes. Changed to new device within 14 days and still the same issues and awaits appointment with apple........ Worst product from apple

Got iPhone 7 "universal " from Best Buy didn't work with any carrier. Mike the supervisor at 76th location refused to exchange because pass 15 return policy which didn't make sense since I didn't want a return just exchange for a good product// I pay a highly amount for something that works!! Finally after a week of running to several stores apple, spring, T-Mobile, boostmobile and other I went to Best Buy and store manager understood the situation and make the exchange and guess what phone start working right away as it should the first time. Lost lots of working time because I had to go to this stores everyday and cut my working days to half. It was a nightmare!!!

Dropped phone screen protector cracked and actual phone cracked underneath screen protector. Will never buy this product or advise anyone else to

Attendees were very incorrect and inefficient. We ask that you assure us that we could use the phones in our country, and said they would. We have now spent nearly $ s 1700 for nothing because Apple says that Best Buy does not sell phones to be used outside the US. We hope we reintegrating the amount paid or give us answer to the problem. But I think I never buy anything at Best Buy.

I bought this phone thinking that I could take the SIM card out and use in on any carrier. This phone is "unactivated," not unlocked. The first sim you put in it locks it to that carrier. The carriers won't unlock it, because it is not one of their phones. You can't buy a third party unlock, because the IMEI is not linked to their network. I now have a $800 paperweight. No place in any BestBuy information do I find this information disclosed.

The phone best buy sold me was defective from apple so I had to go to apple store where they ran a diagnostic and confirmed and gave me a brand new working replacement and a free screen protector for the inconvenience.

I wanted to get an unlocked phone as a new year gift for my mom. Apparently it needs to be connected ti i tunes as soon as you open it or the phone locks itself to the first sim. Best buy annapolis sadly had no idea about this. Hence the phone was useless to me, no gift for my mom, and i also had to give $35 resticking fee.

Works as advertised, no 3.5mm headphone port really sucks

Just bought the phone and you can't talk to anyone.. It breaks up calls and you can only here 1 or 2 words every 5 to 10 words said.. We took it back up to Best Buy and they said bc it was over the 15 days we had to go to an apple store.. REALLY.. The dag on thing is worthless..

You have to press the buttons more then once a lot of The time . In stead of just turning on the flash light by taping it now it wants to know if you want bright med or low.. who the fk wants a med or low flashlight . Same with every other thing you wanna do.. I hate this poshiz

This phone is not a true "unlocked" phone. It locks to the carrier who's sim you stick in there first. You will be at the mercy of that carriers unlock policy as it will lock out SIM usage to any other carrier (even international) unless they due an unlock after activation.

this phone had been activated before it was sold to me. Went through a terrible experience, Technically, it wasn't the iphone it was the sales persons screw up. Never was able to use the iphone 7+

The front camera and flashlight sensor stopped working less then a month into the phone. Verizon is sending a replacement that should be here tomorrow-

I was to believe I would get my phone free. But was told my iPhone 6 was not working that the mother bourd was bad. Found out it was the battery.

Wow, this is the first apple product I had to return. It lasted about a week, overheated and started to reset by itself. Weak

Seller must not have asked for a photo ID. Used my name to buy and add phone to my Verizon account. Totally unauthorized

For some reason the camera has been having issues as well as the internet reception. It's no where near what my iPhone 6 was
