I really wasn't planning on purchasing a new phone but Verizon/BestBuy Associate, Cesco Pierre was so helpful in explaining the sale that was going on and how we could save money on our total monthly Verizon bill. We just paid the first bill since the purchase and it is higher than future bills. A one-time fee for the switch I think.
