Good phone love the whole apple family and I will be.

Buying more apple product s at best buy in the future

I'm only giving it 3 stars because the features are awesome when the phone operates. It freezes constantly and just recently all my voicemails were deleted due to some software glitch. I hope Apple addresses the bugs with the 7 before rolling out a 7S or 8.

Great phone to have, my preference is apple iphone.

I upgraded to this phone from an iPhone 6s. I wish I still had it! This one has given me issues from day one. I don't know if it's the iOS updates or the phone but it's a pain in the rear.

upgraded my phone through bestbuy and after 2 weeks it is already freezing. I tried to exchange but I was told to bring it to apple store. I will give 3 star because of what happened.

it is more user friendly than typical Android phones. however, not much better than 6-series iPhone. Has to use adapter to connect with traditional ear bugs -- not so friendly.

It's a good phone, just doesn't feel like much of a leap from the previous generation. Nicely well-made. All the features you are familiar with and like, just not much new of note.

The iPhone 7 is great when it comes to internet use but when it comes to making phone calls the phone is horrible. The phone does not get good reception like the past iPhones I have had. Apple needs to do an update on the phone to fix this issue. I would not recommend buying the iPhone 7 if you want to make phone calls with this phone. I am very disappointed in Apple, I have come to expect the best quality from Apple and they have let me and everyone else who spent a lot of money on this phone down.

This $900 phone is really no different than the iPhone 6 updated. Best Buy made the purchase difficult, stressful and full of empty promises. I was sold apple care for iPhone 6 not 7. It was not activated. I was told for a claim, go to geek squad UNTRUE. I have had H E double hockey sticks with Best Buy. Manager at 1604 BB in SA blamed me for the problems without even trying to help.

I love my new phone, however i never received the pacage that was included. However, this seems to be typical. I will be contacting best buy later today!

Upgraded from the iPhone 6. I love Apple products and the phone is great however the features aren't too much of an improvement from the older version.

I purchased the 256GB and have had more issues than I did when I had a 5S 32GB. Not satisfied at all.

I should have stuck to my guns and got the 6s, but they got me with that Black Friday deal. Darn my practical mind!!!

What can I say, it's another new Apple iPhone released with not enough supply to meet the demand and I got lucky

Wish I had waited for the 7plus to be in stock but the smaller size is nice

This will be my 4th iPhone in their existence. I thought it would be better, but I guess I'm an Android chick.

Bought this phone for my daughter and she loves it. She had iPhone 6 but thinks this version is much better.

I am not satisfied with reception! I am being told that my voice fades in and out during phone call!
