The Iphone is OK. Best Buy did however change my Sprint plan during the purchase. Sprint can't change it back (so they say). This is costing me $15 extra a month. Unacceptable!

I'm very disappointed that a product of this magnitude would inconvenience the buyer by not allowing you to charge and use your ear piece. What a disappointment.

To much trying to find how to get back to what you were doing love my Samsung Galixay note 7 better. I wish I could get it back if they didn't explode.

I originally purchased the 32gb model in black and exchanged it for the 256gb Jet Black. The phones desigh is very similar to the 6 which I like. The camera is vastly improved and I enjoy taking raw photos via adobe lightroom. I hear complaints about the battery life but I am able to get a full day out of a charge using the phone frequently. I don't miss the headphone port. Lighting EarPods are included and an adapter if you choose to use the standard style headphones. I recommend a good case for the Jet Black model as it is very shiny and seems more delicate to scratches. I purchased the Apple silicone case and it has a nice fabric lining to keep the finish looking top shape.

It still works today. Might be slow now, but still works!

I upgraded from a 5S to this. I'm really enjoying many of the new features for me: Apple Pay, 3D touch and iOS's many new features, which includes iCloud features that can make life easier. You probably won't benefit much if you are coming from an iPhone 6, but if you are and don't mind a bigger phone, go with the 7 Plus, which includes 4K camera. Overall, very happy with iPhone 7!

I love everything about this phone except for one thing...the lack of a head phone jack. I have wireless headphones but it's not quite the same as far as ease of use because I forget to take them all the time and then you cannot listen to any music off of your phone... but other than that I love it!

3D Touch and water resistance are some of the best features this phone has to offer.

First off getting rid of the headphone jack was the dumbest most inconvenient thing possible. Not only is it inconvenient, but when you're trying to use your iPhone for Pandora or something similar app you can't charge your phone while streaming through the app... so after a couple of hours the phone goes dead. Secondly, The battery life is absolutely horrible. I have to charge my phone sometimes twice throughout the day with just normal use. Third, the Internet tends to hang up quite often and I have to reboot my phone to make it work properly. I had an iPhone 6 before this, and I loved it. I will never get another Apple product again if their quality continues to lack. Seems like the quality succombed with Steve Jobs.

The iPhone 7 is not much different than the 6s! I thought the next generation in phones was supposed to be better! Sadly mistaken!! I wish I never used my upgrade on this one and saved it on a better one! Seriously thinking about going over to the galaxy! Better camera by far!!! Very disappointed!!!
