it is more user friendly than typical Android phones. however, not much better than 6-series iPhone. Has to use adapter to connect with traditional ear bugs -- not so friendly.

It's a good phone, just doesn't feel like much of a leap from the previous generation. Nicely well-made. All the features you are familiar with and like, just not much new of note.

Upgraded from the iPhone 6. I love Apple products and the phone is great however the features aren't too much of an improvement from the older version.

What can I say, it's another new Apple iPhone released with not enough supply to meet the demand and I got lucky

I ended up absolutely hating this thing. Constantly dropped calls. Pointless to buy the expanded memory cause if you have any audio file on it, it will auto play Everytime it connects to Bluetooth and there is no way to turn that feature off. I loved apple. Loved as in past tense.

The antenna on this phone sucks, I keep getting told to replace the phone and bear with apple as they find a fix, wish I had my 6 back the 7 doesn't have enough of anything to justify the upgrade

First didn't get any emails then got them but now can't send them out. Having some trouble with safari too.

people can't hear me as they say my voice is muffled; it goes in and out as if passing out of service area

I originally purchased the 32gb model in black and exchanged it for the 256gb Jet Black. The phones desigh is very similar to the 6 which I like. The camera is vastly improved and I enjoy taking raw photos via adobe lightroom. I hear complaints about the battery life but I am able to get a full day out of a charge using the phone frequently. I don't miss the headphone port. Lighting EarPods are included and an adapter if you choose to use the standard style headphones. I recommend a good case for the Jet Black model as it is very shiny and seems more delicate to scratches. I purchased the Apple silicone case and it has a nice fabric lining to keep the finish looking top shape.

It still works today. Might be slow now, but still works!

First off getting rid of the headphone jack was the dumbest most inconvenient thing possible. Not only is it inconvenient, but when you're trying to use your iPhone for Pandora or something similar app you can't charge your phone while streaming through the app... so after a couple of hours the phone goes dead. Secondly, The battery life is absolutely horrible. I have to charge my phone sometimes twice throughout the day with just normal use. Third, the Internet tends to hang up quite often and I have to reboot my phone to make it work properly. I had an iPhone 6 before this, and I loved it. I will never get another Apple product again if their quality continues to lack. Seems like the quality succombed with Steve Jobs.
