    It was time to upgrade from a six year old android phone. The iphone 7 is a huge upgrade. Very nice phone.

    I purchased outright an I Phone 7 at the Williamsburg Best Buy store and was assured that as I had paid full price for what I was informed was a Verizon locked phone it would be very easy to unlock as soon as I returned to the U.K. In the U.K. I was informed that the phone was locked to ATand T which I have been informed is more difficult to unlock. After one week no unlock from AT and T and no usable phone for my $599.

    My experience at Best Buy to exchange my old phone for the new one was great. I chose Best Buy because my experience at my verizon store was a multi day nightmare. Very happy with Best Buy.
