Don't buy "unlocked"!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase an unlocked iPhone 7 from BestBuy to use in my home country. I was reassured by several representatives that it would indeed work in my country and everything should be smooth sailing. However, this was not the case. When I got home, my at-home service provider told me that it was actually a locked phone to AT&T that I was sold. I reached out to BestBuy and they were not helpful and simply referred me to Apple to log my complaint. Ultimately, I wasted $750 for a phone that I cannot use! Completely false advertising and no help whatsoever. So beware when a BestBuy representative tells you anything!
