Upgraded to iPhone 7 in Black. No regrets not getting the iPhone 8 or X. Apple always seems to up the cell phone game.

Was not sure if I wanted to upgrade from my iphone 6s, but yes this is a huge improvement. The minimum space of 32Gbs is worth it alone. Love the feel but haven't experienced the splash proof feature yet.

This was an easy transition for my wife to go from the iphone 6 to 7. Similar size and feathers. With the trade in of the old iphone to best buy the new phone only ran us about $30.00. Cant beat the deal.

I can't believe how great this phone is. I've been using that other smartphone made by Google for a while. Wish I had switchted to iPhones much earlier. This new iPhone 7 runs fast and looks beautiful!

Upgraded from iphone4 to iphone7 and absolutely love it. I would recommend to a friend. I would also like to thank our salesmen for all his help. He was very helpful and full of knowledge on the phones.

This is the third iphone I have purchased, it was a good upgrade from the previous model. 3d touch, apple pay and the waterproofing have been cool additions. The sound quality and the camera are also great

I love the product but issues with camera. The phone is fast with a lot of memory but the flash on the camera is a little intense for close up photos. It does much better when take pictures of scenery. I find apple product like the Iphone 7 plus to be much faster in general. I enjoy using it and have some powerful apps on my phone.

I purchased the iPhone 7 for my wife and daughter, and so far they love it!! This is an upgrade from the iPhone 6. More storage and better home button. I really love Apple products.

this is a really great phone, it's very smooth and easy to use. i upgraded from an SE and I also love that phone too, but this one is wayyy better... you should come into the store to check it out!

First iPhone I’ve ever seen owned and I’m impressed. Coming from an older android, I’m loving the speed of everything on this phone. Wasn’t hard to get used to the layout at all.

I broke my iphone 6 screen so i needed a new iphone. This happened to be on sale which convinced me to upgrade rather then get ti fixed. no much different then the iphone 6 or 6s. not really worth the upgrade unless you really need it. Upgrades are minor at best.

I love love love iPhone. I needed to buy a replacement phone and Best Buy had an amazing deal. So much better than buying a phone through my carrier. Wish the wait line wasn’t so long though.

I am slow to change and with this new I phone I have seen better download times and the screen and camera are a huge difference from the last I phone I had ( 5.) Great product and not to big.

With the removal of the home"button" this phone in my opinion is better than the previous models. The tactil/ force press does take getting use to but the phone is a lot more responsive with this feature.

Went to Best Buy to buy a new phone. I had researched it online quite extensively and had questions about adding a new phone to my plan noting that BB deal seemed too good to be true. It in fact was a better deal than anticipated, given my inaccurate assumptions and disbelief that there could be anything but high pressure sales and no real help, especially since buying an iPhone 7 and not an 8 or X. The salesperson I talked to answered my questions, gave me directions on dealing with Sprint by phone (urgh) and were just nice! Explained in detail what their offer was and how it differed from Sprint’s in store deal and then let me decide. All during Christmas madness sales and late evening business.

Excellent phone. Matte black is awesome. It took about 40 min to reserve and about 30 min to pick up the phone at Best Buy. IMO, it shouldn't take that long. Best buy purchase experience can be improved.

Not bad faster bigger and better than the last iphones

I like this phone with almost all the features that iPhone8 has. Single charging and headphone outlet is an upgrade.
