His phone is my wife's phone. Is is not really techie. So iphone was the way to go for he she has had them since iphone 4. Every upgrade is better , faster and still consistent

Bought this for my Daughter and she Loves it!! She had an IPhone 5 before this, and loves that this one has more storage and is familiar. Would recommend this to anyone.

Stopped into Best Buy to get an iPhone upgrade for my wife. She loves the camera and screen videos clear pictures. Phone quality is super. Will stick with iPhones forever.

I had planned on getting the iPhone 6 but the 7 was on sale so went with the seven. Phone is easy to use though it will take a while to figure out all the things it can do

The wifi is better compared to a 5s. The screen looks better. Manageable size compared to the gigantic phones of today. 3D Touch is fantastic. I'm very happy with it.

Nice upgrade from 16 mb SE. camera takes great pictures. Having trouble playing music to the Bluetooth in my new car. Not sure if it is the phone or the car.

The apple i phone 6 is an excellent phone. It is more user friendly than the Samsung Galaxy edge that I previously owned. Camera is so much easier to use. Great purchase

Like the ads say, the camera on the iPhone 7 is better than previous models. My son loves it. He was nervous about the larger size compared to the 5s, but he's fine with it.

I have never own an iPhone. This is my 14 year's second iphone. He upgraded from the iphone 6 and we love this phone. I would recommend a splitter for charging and audio.

It is a great phone. It was hard to get used to the home button because you don't press down as hard as the older version I phones. But after a few weeks you get used to it.

I have never bought a cell phone at Best Buy before. We have always bought our cell phones at the carriers store. Recently my son got in the ocean with a cell phone in his pocket and we went to the carrier store in the more interested in selling us additional an iPad, an Apple Watch, an accessories. The actual cell phone was secondary to the sales ce The actual cell phone was secondary to the sales agent. At Best Buy the sales agent was happy to explain the cell phones and simply sell us the cell phone that was right for my son. Will Continue to use Best Buy for mobile phone purchases in the future

So much to explore with lots of features. It's also very light and it fits right into my pocket easily. And as always... Apple never compromised the quality.

I up graded from the 6 and I think it works a lot better. I compared it to the 8 and I did not believe the 8 is "that" much better for the much higher price.

Had to get a new iPhone and went to Best Buy. Knew what I wanted, they set me up quickly and pointed out all of the features of the new phone. I appreciate the time and now understand the new upgraded features on the phone including a much better camera, clearer resolution and connectivity.

Love the pictures and the new features to send moving pictures with text messages like emojis and to add effects like fireworks and balloons. I really don't like that I can not Use my ear buds and charge my phone. I use my phone to listen to music at work which kills my battery by end of day.

MY son is now officially a part of the Iphone family! We all have them and he finally grew into this quality phone. He loves the camera quality and the apps!

No issues so far, Easy to navigate and operate. Feels pretty good on your hand. Recommend to get otter box to keep it protected . Great service to get it all setup at store.

Bought this for my father in law who had never had a smartphone. Now he asks what he did before it. User friendly and easy to read with the large print settings. He loves it.

I love the color of this phone. It made me want to get a clear case so I could see it. I'm not a fan of the new home button, but you don't get a choice if you want an iPhone.

This was a birthday gift for my step-daughter. She is very happy because the low-end storage option of 32 GB is double what she used to have with her iPhone 5.
