Kind of a cluster. But overall this was not the worse

Had to upgrade from iPhone 6s due to lack of memory. The iPhone 7 is just as good with a better camera.

I bought this for my husband who needed an easy to use phone for work. This replaced an old Blackberry.

I knew this going into my purchase but figured I would take advantage of the Black Friday special offering a free $100 gift card. Plus, my payments were a little bit less with this phone instead of the 6. Best Buy certainly gets five stars for their service, product availability, and being able to have the accessories I needed on-site, but if you've got a 6 and you're thinking about upgrading to the 7, just wait until a model with an amazing feature comes out. 6 and 7 are way too similar.

the home button changes are annoying and I've had trouble with both network drops and the screen locking up when I put it face down on a table. Working with Apple to resolve the issues, but replacing the phone didn't help.

Apple has done a great job with their latest iPhone. An excellent product with a very good camera and other features.
