I got this phone for both of my 12 year old twins for Christmas and they LOVE them!!! They have no complaints with them.

Great phone. Took some getting used to with the pressure home button and the lock button on the side instead of the top.

I love my iPhone 7. It's a little old by the time I writing this review so I'm definitely experiencing some problems with it but its to be expected at this point since it is old for a phone. Not quite a dinosaur but maybe old enough to be considered a mammoth. I bought this new a couple years ago and it has been a good phone up until about 6 months ago when it started acting up.

Iphone 7 is the best! Love it! Big screen is a factor. Better camera features, Apple is always a reliable product.

I didn't know what I was missing by maintaining a 6-year old Apple 4, purchased in 2010. The size is larger, easier to read, many cool new features. The Best Buy associate transferred all of my Apps to the new phone. While this phone is a huge expense to my budget (including Tax, and cost for the case, glass cover and extra cord for my car), I will be happy if it lasts for 5 years and I'll certainly get my money's worth. Plus I received 5% Best Buy Rewards Points for the purchase.

Easy to use. Babies can use apple phones unlike android that would take someone with a level of intelligence to operate.

This replaced a 5s. Great camera. I normally keep my phones for years but I am glad I upgraded it was well worth the $.

This is an IPhone - just in a different color - what does anyone expect to hear? There's no standard headphone jack - because Apple can't make things easy. I am STILL only here to get an extra 25 Best Buy points.

Well I'm not thrilled to have lost the standard audio jack, I am very happy that this new phone is water resistant.
