Hoped iPhone would have corrected issues with internet and apps. I may just have a bad one (again) but I'm not impressed. Prefer the iPhone to the Galaxy in general and is why I wanted to give it another shot.

I bought this for my son. He hasn't complained about anything so I assume it works as it should. But realize that any accessories or fixes is going to be more expensive just because it is a apple product.

Good phone, I just wish the headphone Jack were standard. I just have bought one with more memory as there are great apps for it.

IMy kids love iphones but they always seem to get slower and need upgrades compared to my androids. This phone only last 2 years an for the price I think that is terrible

I bought this to prepare for a trip abroad and while it worked fine on ATT network locally, it rejected all international simcards. Now stuck with a gadget I cannot use

i was excited to upgrade because of the camera but after a few months the camera did not seem that great and clear. next time, buying the phone with the better camera

It's a great phone but I'm a little torn on this one. I think I like my iPhone 6 better. The water resistant feature is nice but I probably should've waited for the 8.

My iPhone 7 was not all that I needed i to be it was slower then the iPhone 7+ so I upgraded and have been happy since! If you get a 7 be sure it's a plus version!

This iPhone is perfect for people who like big screens. Unfortunately they didn't have the iPhone 6s so I got the 7.

Yep, just got another IPhone for the kids. Nothing different, except Apple keeps slowing down older models. What's new here? lol

I called before I went to pick up my phone and I was told it's was plenty of all colors in stock (exact words) and I only was 10 minutes away and when I arrived at the store, I was told the color I wanted was just sold out. I was upset but ended up getting another color that I didn't really want. I will never get my cell phone from Best Buy again. Next time I will make the effort to stop by the sprint store instead. Other than that, the fine works fine.

Sadly, for the money, I don't think Iphones are the best value. We purchased it for our daughter, who just had to have one.

Battery already losing its charge it’s only a year and a half old

ok but doesn't do things they showed me in store. Wi-Fi slow. they couldn't help me transfer photo so I had to go to the apple store.

Apple claimed its drop proof. Droped it a day after I got it and it shattered. Love the sales people at best buy tho.

I got this for my mother she likes the simple design. To me ita to small but I have Galaxy 8+. Overall its good phone.

I am very happy with my purchase so far. I am still learning how to use all of the incredible features in this phone.

I'm a little disappointed. I've heard such good things about the iPhone, but I found my old Samsung easier to use

I switched to I phone few years back as every one had one I was impressed initially but see no change with the new one
