    I switched from an Android phone. This is my first and last iPhone. There are a lot of bugs and I can not receive voice mail at all. I was told it was a problem with the Apple operating system. I cannot return it to BestBuy since I've had it more than 14 days. The camera and video quality are excellent but many apps crash, even the weather one. Now I'm stuck with this phone.

    It's the newest iPhone. Had to replace my wife's and I don't use it but she likes that it works properly.

    The iPhone is not very user-friendly and not very smart compared to the note 5 that I had the iPhone does not figure out who you want to call on a regular basis and bring it up it does not figure out your habits or your patterns like the Samsung does which makes it inferior to the Samsung I think I made a bad choice and took a far step down from the note 5 that I had

    Good phone overall, but after one year the vibrator mechanism has a loud rattling sound. It's very unpleasant. Purchased two new iPhones on the same day and both of them have quality issues after 12 months of ownership. The quality of these iPhones is somewhat disappointing.
