    Glitchy and can't charge and listen to earbuds at the same time. Processor supposed to be twice as fast but you couldn't tell by using it. Camera kicks major butt though. 5 stars on the camera.

    Bought the i phone 7 and within the first week it dropped calls alot, restarted itself many time, maybe just a bad phone, but customer service was horrible too

    This will be my first and last iPhone purchase. I've had multiple issues with this phone. My current issue is related to a mic issue when making or receiving phone calls. I've tried all the recommendations provided by Apple support with no success. Apple support is recommending I take the phone to a local Apple store for repair. All my issues have occurred within 6 months of purchase.

    I paid full price for this iPhone at Best Buy with the guarantee that it would be carrier unlocked. My niece in Brazil is trying to use her VIVO sim card but the iPhone will not recognized it. Message states that it must first be unlocked from previous carrier.

    This is the first time ever that I've been disappointed in a new model. Sprint is my carrier and it seems like my phone is constantly thinking. Supposed to be the fastest processor ever but it is slower than my iPhone 6. Couldn't be more disappointed.
