This phone was a replacement for an iPhone 6 that broke. It’s basically the same and I have been very happy with it.

My purchase with Best Buy was great. Knowledgeable sales associates, did not have to wait in line very long, and was in and out in a timely manner. The iPhone 7 is much like my iPhone 5S so the learning curve was easy.

Finally gave up on old 5S with poor battery life. Had great customer service in store (Mt Juliet TN) with Nate. Great price,

This phone is one of the best apple has come out with. The newer phones offer similar specs with much higher price.

Touch ID is much better from previous iPhone and I'm so happy that the storage has been doubled on the base model from 16gb to 32 gb.

I used to have the 5S, it was old and slow and lacking in memory, So this upgrade was a major improvement for me for obvious reasons.

My son loves this phone and I love mine too! I will be sad when I upgrade and no longer have a home button! Haha!

I'm an Apple fan all the way, but not that much of an upgrade from the iPhone 6, except the home button and the new operating system. Best smart phone out there, but if you don't need to upgrade, wait for the post iPhone 7.
