went from a 7 plus to regular 7 and I love it. the size is more accessible to use.

The product itself, the iPhone 7, is excellent but the technical support provided by the Best Buy employee was deplorable and that is why I selected an overall rating of Average. I specifically made this purchase at the store rather than online in order to receive assistance in moving over my apps, pictures, videos, contacts, etc. I made a backup of my old iPhone information in iCloud and expected the salesperson to assist me in restoring this information. However, I was told, after I purchased the phone, that the internet connection in the store was down and that I would have to perform the restore function at home, and at that point it was too late to cancel the purchase because he had already deactivated my old phone. How lame is that? The biggest electronic retailer in the area did not have adequate internet access? When he told me that, I thought he was pulling my leg. I will never buy another phone at this retailer nor do I recommend that anyone else do so. I should have just gone to an Apple Store.

Bought older model phone for child's 1st phone. Enjoying the stuff on it. Teaching and showing responsibility. Easy to use but still have a lot to learn.

It's an iPhone. I works great, meets my needs. Fits well in the back pocket.

I would recommend this to a friend. Best iPhone made so far and best camera as well.

When the 7 is still available there is no need to get Apple's latest. Good performance and speed. Has pretty much the latest tech. Saved some bucks in the process.

I had gotten this for my mom which she switched from android bcuz her spouse wanted to have the same phones and as i can say shes getting used to it she loves it bcuz its her first premium phone flagship i shall say and she loves the consistent speed smoothness of it camera ip certification and all. I think its alil more simplified for her to use aswell but she loves it.
