bought this for my kid, and they really like it. always make them use a protective case on it to help protect, as we don't purchase the insurance.

I upgraded from my iphone 5 to the iphone 7 and all i can say is wow what an improvement from my old phone.

The iPhone 7 is pretty cool you can make custom videos, you can take Live Photos, plus you can back up all of your contacts from your old phone.

Went back to an iPhone, and I'm enjoying it. It's very easy to sync. The headphones are a good quality, but looking forward to buying wireless buds.

Switch to apple from Samsung. Purchased the Apple Watch like so much better than Samsung. Really easy to use and the watch is very nice looking.

i got this phone as a new replacement for a slowly dying 5s...so far no problems and works as well as i expected an iPhone to...no complaints so far

I'm very happy with my new iPhone....a solid upgrade to my old iPhone 6 Plus with regards to performance & speed. I only wish I would have gone with the bigger model (7 plus?)....the screen is a bit small for my hand size. Not a deal breaker, though.

I am so pleased with my new iphone 7. I had the iphone5 and this one is so much better. So glad to have a newer version of the same great iphone.

I like this phone and its extra features a lot, but I don't like the new headphone jack and that it is the same as the charging it makes it inconvenient.

My first smartphone and I am amazed at all it will do. Have gone back in to ask a few questions and staff is awesome and helpful.

Despite not having a headphone jack this phone is not that bad. the battery life is not to bad either. Get the higher memory because there is no expandable memory slot. Overall the phone is easy to use.

I have tried Android phones, both cheap and high-end. Nothing has worked like my iPhones. iPhone 7 works just as awesome as the rest :)

My wife and daughters have had iPhones and we were switching carriers. They each had an iPhone 6s. I hate to say it but it's just not worth the upgrade. Slightly better specs but that's about it. If we weren't switching carries I would never have upgraded them to 7s. Mobile phone features have plateaued overall but Apple just isn't an innovator any more. Just slight upgrades to previous models. The new MacBook Pros are another example of this. Slightly better specs and a cutesy function strip. Who knows maybe Apple has something special in mind for next year's iPhone (Three year design cycle now and 10th anniversary of the iPhone). We'll see. The 7 just isn't worth the upgrade if you have a 6s or even a 6.

Took me years to upgrade. Jeff at N Dartmouth store was amazing to work with. Made it very easy to upgrade! Phone is perfect for me!!
