Just bought this phone for my daughter and it's an excellent product that is user-friendly. Customer service at Best Buy was excellent as well.

The headphone jack missing I thought would be an issue but I haven't really had a problem or really any problems I at all, it's a good quality phone

This phone has been great for me and my daughter, however like with all Iphones the screen breaks so quickly. Definitely need a case/screen cover.

Best Buy had an amazing deal for only $9.99 a month on At&t monthly plan and you just can’t beat that deal for a 2 yr old iPhone.

The iPhone 7 has been great thus far. Granted, it’s camera is not as good as the 8 but it has sufficient space for pictures, and the image quality is a lot better than my old 6. Best Buy had a great price and promo that sold me on this item

This is my first Apple I've always had Samsung. It took a little bit to get used to it but now I enjoy it. It froze twice on me since I got it a month ago but a forced restart fixes that. Really enjoy Siri and her ability to control smart home features.
