I love my new IPhone 7. I upgraded from a 5s so it took me awhile to get used to the bigger phone because I have small hands. The only problem I am having is with Best Buy customer service in the store because the trade in amount the trade in amont I got from Verizon is less than the amount Best Buy told me I would get. I've been struggling with the staff at Best Buy now for almost two months to get this resolved. Getting very annoyed with them.

My Daughter had the I phone 6 Plus now she has the Standard size and likes it much better. PERFECT SIZE

Apple iphone just works. It is easy to use and very reliable. You cannot go wrong with the iphone

No qualms here. A solid, well performing phone as expected- excited for the 8's physical redesign though.

This is my favorite I found the battery life on this new seven is amazing it literally last all day long

Upgraded from a 5s so the 7 was quite a jump in technology. Pleased with build, functions, and features.

I decided to upgrade my I Phone 5. This phone has so many more features and the processor is much faster

The iPhone 7 is a veteran product now, but it's still a great value at about $500. I'm old enough to think of it as a phone, rather than a smart device, and for my uses (texts, phone calls, contact list, maps, photos, news) it's just fine. Best Buy had the phone in stock and, unlike the creepy Sprint franchise stores, didn't copy my drivers license or engage in any upselling activity on this purchase.

So I bought this thinking I was getting a steal by buying it when it was on sale for $99.00 rather than buying it at full price or buying it with installment payments like everyone wants us to do now. I did get a better deal than buying it either of those 2 ways, but it wasn't as good as I though it was. My monthly access fee jumped to $40 a month vs. the $20 a month I used to pay, it's how they make up the money of you not paying full price or paying the installment payments. Doing the math I'm saving a few bucks a month, but not nearly as much as I originally thought I was saving. Still a great product that I'm very happy to own after moving up from my 4S.

The phone is quite good for the purposes that I got it for. Shawn and nimble, for right in it my pocket

We bought two of these to replace our iPhone 5's. I like the upgrades and the speed of the newer model.

upgraded from the 6 which was slower than mollassas, this is great and has not let me down

Much faster than my old iPhone. Didn’t need all of the bells and whistles of the iPhone X.

Phone is super fast. The external speakers are great for listening to music without a Bluetooth speaker

I really like the big screen the secure finger print access and the new text draw and insert captions

Only issue is no headphone port so must use included adapter.

The Iphone 7 is a great phone and easy to use! Have had another Iphone in the past and it worked well.
