    I bought brand new universal iphone7 without any contract. but my iphone got locked by tmobile network. my question is if its unlocked phone why tmobile blocked my carrier information. either bestbuy sold me locked phone? or tmobile wrongly locked my carrier information? but still i unable to use this iphone. i got the error SIm not supported. your carrier information blocked buy network provider. I went to buy buy store , they are not ready to help with me. some how i wasted 700$ because of best buy. please help me solve this issue.
