iPhone 7 has good storage capacity (32GB minimum) and has lots of added features from previous model

I have five iPhone 7s for our family. The ones that work are just fine. One wouldn't turn on after a few weeks and had to be replaced. Another has battery issues and only lasts a few hours.

Disappointed that not offered the $300. Refund on other apple phone purchased but received email after the fact. I spend a lot of money there and this was not discussed with me. Disappointed.
