Love this phone. I take a lot of photos as a hobby and this camera on the phone takes better photos than my Nikon Digital camera does. Clear, amazing pictures. The stereo sound is so much better over the previous phones, could still use speakers at both ends of the phone to really push out great surround sound, but other than that it's great. I would have waited for the new one to come out, but after having this in my hands and using it, I am glad I picked the 7 up. The best buy associate that handled my transaction was very informative as well as extremely helpful in helping me with choosing the right phone. Always ask questions and then re-ask them later in conversation to see if you are getting the same info. I do this, and he was spot on with the same answers every time. Don't wait for the 8, grab yourself a 7 and enjoy the awesome features. **The photos attached are not of the actual product, but of the product produced by the phone.

I love my iPhone, takes beautiful pictures, excellent capacity, splash and water resistance, this is exactly what I need. I am very happy with my new phone.

Bought this phone bc I had an IPhone 4S. Big difference in size and features. Love the camera.

I needed a camera for a vacation. The IPhone 7plus came highly recommended for its camera. So instead of buying a camera I upgraded my phone. What an incredibly smart move that was. My vacation pictures are are all frame worthy. Especially the portrait mode shots.

I was so happy to be able to upgrade with my AT&T cell plan to the new iPhone 7 plus jet black ! I still love it as if today! I use it so much to take amazing photos of all my events I do for my clients !

The guy helped me was so nice and helpful . The phone so far was very good one issue is the assistance circle sometimes dies and I heard it is common among all iPhones so I believe further upgrade will fix it?

I think imma start getting my Iphones from Best Buy than an AT&T store . Here at Best Buy they treat you better and more helpful in every way.

Great new features on the iPhone 7, I gave it a 4 out of 5 because I know there is so much more I can do with my phone and I am still learning. The music side of it is a bit tricky but I am sure will become second nature in no time...THUMBS UP!

I wish I would have picked another color because other Matte Black owners complains the phone is starting to chip..

This is by far the best I-phone I've ever had. I like the bigger screen and the better camera. I also like the longer battery life. It was a little disappointing at first to not have a headphone jack but I got used to having bluetooth headphones. The only negative there is that's one more thing you have to remember to charge.

Was hoping to get the iPhone 8 when released but alas fate told me otherwise. My previous iPhone fell out of my pocket and the screen shattered... I waited a few days and saw that Best Buy had a deal. About two months later, I love this phone and no I don't mind that it doesn't have a glass back or wireless charging. With my luck, I would shattered that to pieces as well with my butter fingers. The phone gets about two to three days of battery life (moderate to heavy usage), the storage size is great (not to small, not to big), and it's an Apple phone. The camera is also great and after a while the big size disappears.

I had the 6S and upgraded to the 8plus. I ended giving it to my mom because with a case it was extremely heavy and made my wrists hurt when I used it. I did another upgrade to get the 7Plus 128 and I LOVE IT. It’s only slightly heavier than that 6S with a much better camera. My only complaint is IOS11 seems to be glitchy and makes certain applications slow, like sharing ANYTHING via message. There is a loooooong lag before the message screen comes up. I’m sure this is a software, not hardware issue. Overall, I absolutely LOVE this phone!

When I got the phone it didn't say that I had to trade in my old phone to get 250 e gift card!! I called Best Buy and they told me that I had to read the terms and conditions!! Why Best Buy don't tells you upfront about the trade in!!

I've been a longtime iPhone user since it's introduction in 2007. I graduated from the iPhone 6 plus to the 7 plus. Let me say that having this phone be water resistant is AMAZING! I've actually had this phone in the pool for short periods of time. I also don't worry when I am in the rain, taking pictures with it. The haptic feedback is comforting in a weird way and I wonder how we managed without it this far. I know there was controversy with the removal of the headphone jack. I will admit, I wasn't a fan of that either since I have expensive headsets myself. However, the small adapter for the lighting jack that comes with the phone works fine and it seems that it'll last a while. I have yet to open my Ear Pods that came with the phone so I can't justly comment on those. Most of the changes with this phone come with the operating system. Sure, most changes can be seen on the iPhone 6s when you update the iOS but there are other changes that can only be seen with the iPhone 7. The battery lasts for a very long time to which where my worry of not being able to charge while using headphones hasn't been an issue. This iPhone doesn't reinvent the wheel with its subtle changes but like an old friend, it's dependable and familiar when you need it to be.

So, if you don't care about face recognition or having to buy wireless charging pads...get the iPhone 7 Plus. It's a huge upgrade from the iPhone 6. Easy to hold, great screen and very fast. Even the battery seems to last longer. Just ensure you get the most memory you can since you can't upgrade the memory other than iCloud.

The larger size is a big plus. I never had an I phone before, so this tool is continuing to amaze me. Easy to use, but since it has so much to offer, I think Best Buy should partner with Apple to offer USING YOUR NEW PHONE classes!!!! The camera alone has so many options I can't begin to use them all!!!

I’ve owned an iPhone 6 for 3 years and it served me well. At the time I bought my 6, I debated getting a 6 plus but decided against it due to size. Now with the dual cameras, it gave me multiple reasons for buying the 7 plus: larger display, longer battery life and better camera. I’ve quickly become accustomed to the larger form factor. I will admit I find myself using both hands on many occasions but that’s a minor inconvenience. I love portrait mode pictures and enjoy the longer battery life. The Plus models aren’t for everyone but if you take photography more seriously than the casual snap shooter, you’ll enjoy have a 2X optical telephoto lens and taking pictures using portrait mode. Highly recommend the iPhone 7 to anyone looking to upgrade. One last consideration is that you can get 128GB iPhone 7 or 7 plus but you can only get a 64 or 256 GB iPhone 8. You can only get 128GB memory with the iPhone X. So if you want a capable iPhone at a good price, the iPhone 7 Plus is just for you.

If anyone is interested to know how the 7 performs compared to the 6 and 6s Camera is a little better and you notice it for sure. It is a lot better in low lights conditions. SPEED, I was using a 6s and I notice a much snappier Safari and iMessage screens. Part of it may be IOS 10 but pages pop really fast. It is way way faster than the original 6. Black looks awesome!!! But is is so slick. There are no lines and it looks like a solid 1 piece product. I saw the Glossy Jet Black and it is a work of art but it show fine scratches. So most people will use a case which hides the back anyway so maybe color is not that important. Mainly if you want a white front or black. I love the new home button, took about 5 minutes to get use to and I don't miss the old home button at all. Any case with a large camera cutout like the CM4 wallet case works with the 7. But most likely all other will not. Some of mine I can cut out around the old camera hole and use it until new cases come out. But I promise you this phone is slippery when dry!! Overall I love it! Fastest device that I have ever used. I can out type the 6s sometimes on reviews but thiamine keep up no problem. 128g is perfect in size for most everyone. Hardcore photo and video people may want the 256g. No headphone jack, doesn't bother me at all. The adapter sounds fine with my expensive headphones. It's not really that large either. The lightning headphones sound really good to me. I tested the same song with the same headphone using a 6s and the 7 with the adapter and I cannot tell the difference. In some ways the 7 with the adpater sounded cleaner and had a little less aliasing hiss from the analog to digital conversion process. So beside have a little while cable sticking out I think the 7 audio is fine. IPhone 4,5, 5s, SE and 6 users will feel a huge speed increase. The 6s is not far off speed wise but it is noticeable to me. No matter how you split up the payment or go with a upgrade contract price, you'll pay full price for any of the phones. It is all just creative math by the vendors. I bought mine outright and got point on my credit card, enough to reduce my price by $25.00. I also heard the Black and Jet Blacks maybe high in demand.

Look I'm an iPhone guy. I have been for years. I wasn't sure sure if I would like the size of the plus and it turns out I actually do. Some say the changes are too subtle... others don't love the loss of actual home button.... I don't mind it! I might mind the loss of the headphone jack a little bit. I have Apple everything so, it perfectly syncs with all my devices & the camera is awesome! I always upgrade at Best Buy cause I love getting my reward points!

I have been a Samsung galaxy user since I first purchased the galaxy s. I recently converted to the gloss black iPhone 7 plus after a lot of deliberation and I doubt I'll look back. Part of the reason for the conversion was because I was tired of waiting for the new galaxy phone and my s5 was failing me. The iPhone syncs perfectly with my MacBook allowing seamless transition between my products. I also have not had the battery die since I've owned the phone (I think the lowest I've seen is 30% battery life after a long day of use). The camera works well and I can have many applications up at once without any lag or slow down. I also love the apple keychain that stores all my passwords in the cloud for easy use on apple devices! I do own the Samsung gear S smart watch for those of you with android devices and I'm still able to use them together, although with slightly less functionality. I can no longer respond to messages on my watch, but i found the process difficult and did not frequently use this feature in the past anyway. Also, I noticed the gear watch automatically deleted some of the apps that it came with after the conversion, but I also was not using those features. The biggest obstacle that I've noticed is that I don't believe I can control my Apple Music from my watch anymore while at the gym, but this shouldn't be a problem for people with controls on your headphones. I am still able to track workouts and answer/cancel calls from my watch in addition to getting all my notifications. I may buy an Apple Watch in the future, but not because my gear s isn't satisfactory. If you've ever considered switching, I'd at least give it a try.
