So far I haven't had any problems with the phone no blackouts or freezing. The battery life is OK compared to my 6S plus it's about the same battery life on 6s Plus. the design is ok. I haven't figured out the point of the two cameras because it seems like when you zoom in it's not good quality picture just like when you zoom in normally so I don't know. just have to keep playing around with it a little bit more and see what this whole hype is about

The iphone 7 came with the battery much better than the 6, lasts longer and the resistance to water also made me decide for this model, although I have not tested its resistance, the fact that it is more resistant, it leaves me more quiet.

Trying out the iPhone 7plus. So far so good. Like the 14 day return policy as it helped with the decision. Service was great and quick. Everyone was quick to help and explain the process.

Works flawlessly, super fast. But nothing new. It's similar to ever iPhone before it. Still love it tho!

We bought this for my son who went from Android to Apple. He still prefers the freedom of an Android - Apple is kinda clique in terms of accessories - but he likes the ease of use with Apple. He does not like the lack of a headphone port, but I guess he seems to have adapted to it. I personally don't see much of a difference between my iPhone 7+ and the much more expensive 8+ other than the price, but he's happy so I'm happy.

I bought my cell phone from Best Buy for the first time about 5 years ago. I was, and have been so pleased, that I continue to get them from here. Less hassle than getting from main stores, and the salespeople are more knowledgeable.

first iPhone...finally made the switch. still getting use to the features but pretty good overall.

The purchase was easy. I got it for my little brother. He loves the phone. He says it is what he expected. I can't give a review on the actual phone itself, but it came as expected and he said it is what he expected from the new Iphone.

I am not disappointed with the iPhone 7 Plus. I've had a Windows phone for he last 7 years and was a little hesitant to switch. I'm glad I did. This is such a great phone. Very intuitive and sleek. Truly glad to make the switch!!

I love this phone. The screen size concerned me but I got over that QUICK and don't even notice (took me 1 maybe 2 days). Now when I pick up my 6 it seems so small. I travel a lot and watch movies and shows on this with no problems.

My phone was not holding a charge for more than 4 hours so it was time for a new phone. I managed to get one when they were offering gift cards for upgrading and trade in so really good deal on a plus which was rare when I got mine.

It's the best phone on the market and working well to this point. as long as it keeps working

I normally only upgrade my phones when it's free, but I couldn't stand my iPhone 6 anymore because of the battery being so unreliable, so...I paid to upgrade to this phone and I don't regret it for one second. LLLLLLOVE THIS PHONE!

I LOVE THIS PHONE! The cell phone employees at Best Buy Corona were so on top of it taking care of this upgrade/transaction they did everything so simply, fast and painless! I recommend the phone and the Best Buy Corona store!

I upgraded from my 6Plus. Not sure what the difference is other than that this is a 7, but I usually don't find out more about the functionality until some time much layer after my purchase. What I have seen, so far so good.

Home key is touchy at first but easy to adapt too and has all the features we've come to expect.
