I got this phone to replace my iPhone 6s and I've never looked back. Sure there aren't too many new features but Apple is all about reliability and making phones that are useful to the user. Love my iPhone 7 Plus.

I do not see much difference from iPhone 6s plus however it comes with good camera.

I have been a Samsung user religiously for the past 10 years. But making the switch to apple was easy and love all the new features that accessing different functions of the phone easier by using force touch.

Bought an unlocked Iphone 7plus 128gb from Best Buy because they are the only one who keeps unlocked Iphone's other than Apple retail store. Customer service was really great. Everyone was really very helpful.

After having smaller previous versions my dad finally decided to try this iPhone 7 Plus and loves it; he has a little problem reading and the big screen helps a lot. Performance is excellent, best iPhone ever.

I was torn between purchasing another iPhone or switching to Samsung. I couldn't be happier with my choice to stick with iPhone. The battery life is substantially better not to mention the new camera is AWESOME!

I Purchased from Best buy for my wife. I was at Verizon the first day they were supposed to be available, then went to Best buy and got on the waiting list.Still unavailable for purchased thru Verizon and Apple.

I was really on the fence when I considered whether to upgrade my iPhone 6 Plus to an iPhone 7 but after going back and forth with myself I finally decided that I would go ahead and get the iPhone 7 as a Christmas gift for myself...of course it didn't hurt that Best Buy was offering a $200 gift card for purchasing the phone during the Christmas holidays. Upon getting the new phone, I noticed that the claims about longer battery life and the vast improvements of the camera were a little exaggerated. I was charging my iPhone 6 once a day after having it for two years and I find myself having to charge my new iPhone 7 about the same amount even though it is only a couple of months old and I am using it about the same as the iPhone 6. Also, I was not really impressed with the camera upgrades offered by the iPhone 7 (not that there was much wrong with the photos from the iPhone 6 to start with). The photos appeared to be about the same on both phones but I don't claim to be a professional photographer so maybe there are truly some enhancements that the iPhone 7 offers that I am just not seeing.

I am a iPhone person. Every new iPhone that comes out I have to get it. Yea I know they may tweak some things and it’s not a big difference but I’m young and I like to keep up with the latest technology.

I wasn't into the bigger iPhone at first. But after reading the reviews and recommendation from family that has it. I must say it's awesome. You get use to the size and the camera with features are the best.

I love the phones i bought two of them, for my son and his wife. I knew the phones were great because i bought one for me a few weeks ago. The only drawback was trying to collect the 25.00 coupons i was promised for each phone. I was only given one and trying to get in touch with someone to tell me how to collect the other one was a very frustrating experience. I finally gave up.

The 7plus is quite a jump for me from the 5s but you get use to it. I've had apple phones since the 4 so it's difficult to make a change. Always happy w the product. Curious to see their future innovations.

Love making the switch from my old phone to this new 7s I Phone. I picked the 'Rose' colored case and a clear protective cover so it's beautiful look really shows. Love the ease of and practicable use.

Not happy with customer service, too much time n then muy phone insurance was not handled in the way told

I went ahead and got the 128 GB for the extra storage for photos and apps.

It's so nice to have enough space on my phone to take pictures and videos without getting a message saying storage is full! I love all the new features this phone has to offer. I highly recommend it!

Love this phone and the sales rep that helped me when upgrading. I think his name was Kevin! Super friendly and made experience painless!! Always been and I phone fan-and love my new I phone 7 plus! ❤❤

I have for the last 6 years been an Android user. After experiencing so many problems with the lagging of Samsung phones after the first year of use I finally made the switch. I am so glad I did.
