    Bought my wife a new i7+ to replace her aging i5. Had to return it 3 days later due to a faulty speaker. Best Buy replaced it with a new one but we were there nearly 2 hours. They were very pleasant and apologized for the delay, partly due to a glitch in ATTs system.

    I have now had the phone for 1 year, and I must say that his phone has been a blast to own. It would be 5 stars, but there are a few issues as to why it is not. Ill keep it short and sweet. Bad battery over time, phone slows down. Other than that its good
