It's not much of a step up from the 6 in my opinion, but I needed a new phone so I got this one. It's a good phone just not revolutionary.

Great screen and love the stereo speakers. Only negative is that the camera "Portrait" setting was not available until the next s/w update.

Went in wanting the 128g but they sold me what they had never do they telll u that there're out no 5 hours later walk out feeling abused

Would have been 5 stars, just wish the phone was red all the way around including the front. The front looks just like the white one.

I have used the Apple iPhone before. I was able to was Get an upgrade. Just went with an updated version from what I had.

great smartphone...poor construction only had phone 3 days dropped on carpet 3 ft inside an otterbox on its back and screen shattered

If Apple is what you're use to then you'll get what you want. 4 stars because I love apple but ready for a change within their phones.

I drove all over town to find a wire harness and finally ended up at Best Buy where a rep quickly and politely found what I needed

I like my 7 plus but had hoped that greater size would equal a larger Keyboard. Somehow in reviewing product options I missed that.

Thought it would be challenging switch from android to Apple. I love having all Apple products because they are link together.

The phone is awesome but the volume of the person when I get calls aren't loud enough and yes I know how to turn up the volume.

Purchased for a relative. No complaints thus far. New, top tier, phones are getting too expensive and this one is no exception.

Purchased new and came from factory damaged. Took back to Best Buy after finding out a weeks later. Quick and easy resolution.

Has a lot of features in camera. The only thing is phone is already slowing down even though we didn't download a lot of apps

Love it so far. I hope Best Buy would sell splitters for the phone since we can listen to our music while the phone is charging.

Excellent cover for the iPhone 7 Plus. Affordable, too, compared to other retail cases. Fits snuggly and can take a drop or two.

A nice slim case. Still bought the pro glass to put on the screen. Nice case for some one that is not a chronic phone dropper.

Best buy really make the experience of buying a new phone really fun, they talk about the specification and match the price

Works well. Never owned an iPhone before this purchase and having problems navigating it. Gmail does not look the same.
