    Great phone but do not upgrade at Bestbuy. What a nightmare! No store manager has contacted me in reference to my complaint. I was not given a return label for my phone trade in but they didn't seem to care. Even when I returned to the store they couldn't figure out why one didn't print. First and last upgrade with them.

    I have owned several versions of the iPhone and have concerns with this one. It gets hot from time to time and that concerns me. I have researched reason why this could happen and am disappointed in the product. My only smartphones have been iPhones, now I am considering switching to an Android.
