The phones are great. Best Buy not so good. I was in before Christmas and I saw a sign saying get an IPhone and get one free. I got both iPhones and even got another line. I got my 1st bill and I am being charged for both phones. If one phone is free,why am I being charged for 2. Not happy.

My only problem with this phone is the battery. It dies very fast.

I should of bought the iphone 9 instead because of its potential.

I hate that it is so hard to put pictures into a slide show.

Good device overall, but missing my android no doubt.

Phone restarts itself after attempting to take a picture

We had bought 3 iPhone 7's. And two out of the three works great. There's something wrong with mine, and apple said they will exchange it. When I get one that works right , I know I wil love it

The only mistake that has happen with this product is buying it from bestbuy. My new line with AT & T never got activated although bestbuy said everything was fine. I have wasted 4 hours with best buy help desk and 3 hours no kidding at an AT & T store and all the store representative told me was that never buy service from best buy as their system is not in sync with AT & T. I had brought my phone on black friday and still my line is not activated. AT & T people are openly saying that best buy is just a retail seller and they don't own any responsibility for customer buying phone through them. Bottom line my new device is still not activated due to system errors.

The iPhone 7 Plus is a very good phone I recommend anybody to buy it I hope they have fun and enjoy it when they buy to do anything and everything they want to do on it it will be great to have matching phones if you were married

Purchased an iPhone 7 plus, great phone. I am part of the mybestbuy mobile program. An email was sent out with a coupon for a 200 dollar gift card with a purchase of an iPhone 7 plus. Never received the coupon and I have been a mobile member since July and have purchased 3 phones through BestBuy. Would recommend the phone but am irritated and taking my business elsewhere for my next iPhone purchase as I do not feel I am a valued customer.

Not sure why we all have to have the latest and greatest phones, they are all the same year after year. Maybe, it's because they are designed to only last 2 years.

I ended up returning this because it was too big. I couldn't use it with one hand. I had to use two hands. I exchanged it for an iPhone 7. I love the new iPhone 7 though!

The 7 plus I got was defective so I decided to get the 8 plus and it has been wonderful with 256 gigs.

Best buy told us that the phone is unlocked but we were unable to use outside USA, it was a gift to my sister. When contacted Apple care they said it is locked. Best buy claims that phone is universal and can only be used in USA while apple says they do not manufacture such phones which will only work in USA. If it is unlocked it should work worldwide. No one knows the solution. Wish I didn't buy from best buy. Its been almost a month trying to figure out the solution.

The iPhone 7 plus makes taking pictures great again. Never really used a phone as my main camera until now.

was in pocket for about 2 minutes while i hooked up boat to trailer , it quit water damage not covered. get a lifeproof.
