Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgrade with Bestbuy is easy. My concerns are wit hthe return process with ATT. they gave me an envelope! I used a box, but it has been more than 10 busines days and ATT hasnt got my old phone.

Worst iphone yet

Same issues with all of them. Dropped calls, people Im calling cant hear me, text wont send, cant attach photos to text & the list goes on. I will be moving on from iphone to android after this experience. I hate this phone!

Bad camera
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.loved it until the camera acted up.. very annoyingly blurred vision and then turns completely black… Tried reboot the phone and few minutes later the problem comes back… at times it brings out messages that a certain part is over heating and to cool the phone… I just had it for 5 days ,,, so I returned it back to Bestbuy… My iPhone 6s plus never did that and now I back using it… Apple engineers,,, PLEASE fix this problem and let us know… until then I will stick with my old iPhone 6s plus….. I do not have upgrade intentions to iPhone 7 plus until Apple announces a fix for this...
