I upgraded from the 6S to the 7 Plus Key observations: - definite speed increase due to faster processor - Jet Black is amazing (but I highly recommend getting a case) - the dual camera is where all the magic happens - the lack of a physical home button is taking some time to get used to - never buy an iPhone with less that 128GB of capacity - If you can - go with a universal/unlocked model

Well all I can say is WOW!!!! The photos are unbelievable no the processor runs faster than my computer. Also gets better reception than any other iPhone I've had before. BTW, battery life is way better too!!!!

This iPhone7 Plus is worth every penny. I bought it for my son who is making full use of the 128GB of disk space on this phone. The best part is the VERY NICE and extremely helpful sales person (Sam) at my local BestBuy. She really helped us to decide on the phone that most fit my son's needs. Thanks Sam!

I really like it, big screen, photos and video quality is too good when compare to other phones even with iphone6. Battery life is reasonable.since it is big phone need some time to adjust to handle it.

This is a great phone with lots of storage. I enjoy the enhanced features. The missing headphone jack is my least favorite feature. The trade off of the phone being water proof makes makes up for it.

I've had nothing but iPhones since they were introduced and have never been disappointed. I am a "Macaholic" and just LOVE the way everything connects and is just so seamless from my phone to my iPad to my Mac Mini to my Apple TV. The new Red color is beautiful and the improved features, like the voice quality in phone calls is fabulous. I love taking pictures and the improved camera is another feature that was worth the purchase alone. This is another example of you get what you pay for. While I always purchase the AppleCare, I've never had any issue with any of my iPhones that has caused me to have to take it in for any technical issues. iPhone is just the best IMHO!

I’m a Samsung person, but decided to try an iPhone! I don’t love it as much as my Samsung, but only because there are features that I miss (split screen, edge screen, personalization features, etc...). The iPhone is user friendly, has a great battery, and I haven’t had any software problems!

I had the iPhone 7 and ended up selling it to buy the 7 plus. I upgraded for the better screen, longer battery life, and the camera. The phone hasn't disappointed me in any of those areas.

Upgraded from 6S to 7 plus. Love the bigger screen and increased memory. Battery doesn't drain as quickly and not just because it's new. Don't like the fact that I cannot charge the phone while listening to the supplied headphones but I hear there is an adapter that solves this issue. Works great with my JBL Bluetooth headphones that I just picked up from BestBuy.

The new A10 chip is very fast. The added water resistance is nice to finally have. Stereo speakers are an improvement in sound. Not a complete redesign but a bunch of small improvements.

Do get an iPhone that has 128 or 256 gigs of memory. You will get a faster chipset not advertised. Also you have to tech proof your phone for at least 4-5 years because the app files will get larger. Spend the extra 100$! And make lunch to work for 3 weeks, you won't be sorry! Have not had any issues with iOS updates either. iOS 10.2.1 current. Battery life awesome, except watching DIRECTV. Recharging time is decent to quick. Have a portable charger, who doesn't?? Previously owned a galaxy s4 16gig phone which was awesome for it's day, but very dated now. I like both android and iOS. This was purchased for my wife, I have the same phone in silver.

I was very pleased with the purchase I made. This phone is an experience in itself providing the user with enticing user interface and nice speed. I have not had any issues and plan to go to Best Buy when I upgrade, especially because they don’t only help they make the process 100000x time easier than going to a cellular retail store. I had travelled on the bus for 2 hours to go to a Verizon where they turned me down. I went the Best Buy to wait for the bus and to my surprise I had no issues at all.

Bought the 7 Plus because I needed to upgrade my iPhone 6 and wanted 128GB storage. The phone is excellent and I’m really enjoying the dual lens camera and larger screen.

I love this phone! It's not a huge change over the 6 plus, but it's a drastic change over the 6! It's bigger! It's faster! The camera is amazing! I really love it. I'm glad I got it.

Great addition to the iPhone family. A couple of things that really stand out: 1) The battery is great!, 2) the new "Portrait mode" exclusive to the iPhone 7plus is mind blowing. It automatically blurs the background while keeping the foreground in focusing. The clarity in the pictures is unreal. 3) the divisive removal of the headphone jack allowed for additional speaker to be placed in the phone. Having the phone be twice as loud while watching a show or movie on it is very nice. Overall, great phone.
