this was sold to me as unlocked phone for use in Brazil but when I insert my Brazilian SIM card it did accept 'cause it is locked , When taking it to apple store in Brazil they asked to contact apple USA to Unlock it ,That's is not fair to sell me the wrong one even Idid triple checked with sales that phone must be unlocked and they assure it is ! I need to have the phone unlocked but i cannot take it back to USA or send it back to your store . how to fix this from your side?

I loved the phone when I got it, but when I tried to switch carriers I had lots of difficulties, even though I bought the phone unlocked and paid it in full at the time of the purchase.

Screen is frequently non-responsive and freezes. For an $1100.00 purchase, this phone has nothing to recommend it. I liked my 3,4,5, and 6 better

Love that I had the option to purchase it in my favorite color; but as with most smart phones it’s battery started dying quickly after purchase

I felt suckered into buying this phone and I absolutely regret. Why Apple come out three generations of the same design? That's how you steer customers away.

Can't charge phone and use earphones at the same time also when I have to use square I have to look for the external plug in which I find very annoying

Well it's a good phone but I've only had it a week and it keeps running hot so I'm going to the store tomorrow to see about that being fixed.

Returned for galaxy s8 plus because that what I was used to. However, it did have features I now miss.

I recently upgraded for the 6 and I am absolutely in love with my phone. The screen is bigger and the camera quality is absolutely amazing

Phone is different enough from my iPhone 6 Plus to make it a worthy upgrade, but I would never again buy a phone through Best Buy. Started a new service plan with Verizon and checked out online through bestbuy.com. Drove through rush-hour traffic to pick it up and was told by pick up and mobile rep that all I needed to do was go home, insert the new SIM card and activate my new phone. Verizon called me shortly afterwards to confirm porting my old phone number from AT&T over to Verizon, but were confused that I already had the phone in hand since I was unable to activate service through them for 6 more days. Turns out Best Buy sold me my phone with the requirement that I would have to wait 6 additional days before starting service. This was not an option I had chosen anywhere, and only dealt with Best Buy's website. Best Buy customer care had no idea how to resolve this issue after spending 45 minutes on hold with them.

too big for my taste and purposes. Probably works great, but I didn't open it to find out. Size was just too large.

It works just like the 6 plus worked. Nothing seems to be improved...actually audio sound quality is probably worse.

Still getting use to the phone especially the size and weight Prefer the smaller size if the camera would have been better

Don't get me wrong it's a good phone but there's no difference between the 6 plus and the 7. I should have waited for the 8

People I'm talking to say they can't understand me. I sound muffled, garbled, like I'm in a tunnel, holding my nose, etc. Have been to the Apple Store 3 times, to the Verizon Store and talked to Verizon and Apple online. I just keep hearing it's a continuing problem that Apple blames on Verizon and Verizon blames on Apple, I have an expensive phone that people can't hear/understand me on. Very unhappy!

This is my first apple phone. It's been hard for me to get used to. I got it so I could FaceTime with my grandchildren.

I love this phone but the price for is really absurd. I suggest you only get this iPhone if you have Best Buy credit card.

Love this phone only problems I’ve had are the speakers not being loud enough and the battery going out.

Although larger than my previous Iphone, other than size I really dont notice anything different than the last one.
