I felt trapped into getting a phone other than the one I wanted

This phone looks great but screen is very sensitive to touch

Good phone. Communicates with iPad. Very large. Good options

Works great for someone who is not good with technology.

I hate it. The camera is awful if you're trying to hold something and take a picture of it. The only reason I purchased it was to get my texts from other iPhones, I was told that iPhones can have issues getting through to other manufacturers product. :(

Upgrades on phone are not exactly a big difference

I upgraded from 6s Plus. Expected incremental improvements but I must say this phone is blazing fast and photos are night and day compared to 6s Plus. Water resistant for ease of mind. Home button and 3D Touch are so much more responsive. Love dual stereo speakers- so much louder, can share video without jamming phone up to ear. Don't listen to negative reviews. This is the phone to have! Jet black is the way to go. Absolutely gorgeous. If you don't want to cover this beauty with a gaudy case, buy a Slickwrap brand glossy "Naked" skin. Best phone I've ever had and I've had a lot - Blackberries, Androids , et al.

Upgraded from iPhone 6. The first big difference for me is the size. Going from the 6 to the 7 plus along with a case it just seems huge and heavy, but then again, I wanted something bigger. I just feel that Apple could have made it more ergonomic. The phone itself is GREAT. it is fast, the cameras are terrific, and the stereo speakers are wonderful. all of this along with longer battery, and better display make this a worthwhile upgrade from the 6. If I owned the 6s- I would not upgrade at this time, but from the 6, you can really see the difference, even though the phone physically looks the same. Loss of audio jack is not a big deal. I use wireless beats.

The iPhone 7 Plus is over-rated. I have had numerous issues and have made several calls to Apple Care. I wish I had kept the 6S. The upgraded phone is not worth the hassle.

I much prefer my I phone 6. No one can hear me during voice calls on the 7. I have to restart it constantly due to it freezing up. It's a headache more than anything else

My phon keeps on freezing and rebooting. This phone is a disappointment. My current Note 7 works better than the iPhone 7 Plus.

The 7 plus I got was defective so I decided to get the 8 plus and it has been wonderful with 256 gigs.

Best buy told us that the phone is unlocked but we were unable to use outside USA, it was a gift to my sister. When contacted Apple care they said it is locked. Best buy claims that phone is universal and can only be used in USA while apple says they do not manufacture such phones which will only work in USA. If it is unlocked it should work worldwide. No one knows the solution. Wish I didn't buy from best buy. Its been almost a month trying to figure out the solution.

was in pocket for about 2 minutes while i hooked up boat to trailer , it quit water damage not covered. get a lifeproof.

Had to recall my note 7....after using this for a few months..iphone 7plus..still think note 7 is the best phone...

I purchased 2 Iphone 7 Plus phones at bestbuy. One for me and one for my wife. At day 15 one day after the return window my wifes phone really started acting up. wifi not working, phone bricking. Bestbuys hands were tied....I left apple because my last Iphone had issues at the year mark...15 days in now that is a new low. Stay away go buy a google phone.

It sucks , I paid almost a 1000 dollars , it s8ck . Not worth it

I will never buy apple again you are very limited as to what you can do .
