The phone is fine. The web site was deceptive. It had a statement that I would receive a $250 e Gift card after activation. Called 3 different times, finally I was told the gift card was for "in store" "Trade in" only. This was not anywhere on the web site. No asterisk, no nothing. Will never buy from Best Buy again if I have a choice.

I was not happy with the phone. I'm sure iPhone lovers would be perfectly happy though.

The phone has many glitches very dissapointed. Apps crash phone resets all the time

My second iPhone and now I remember why I switched to Samsung in the first place.

I have visited Apple and tried many things and nothing has corrected th poor quality of talking on this phone. This should be marketed for the phone that is not a phone but a mini computer. I went back to the android family because of the poor voice quality.

worst smart phone i ever had.. nothing has been changed from 6 plus

I preordered my iphone7 plus 128 MB at Horseheads location a week ago and was told the Plus wouldn't be released until October. To my surprise yesterday I received an email that my phone was in HHDS location. I went to HHDS best buy staff was amazed phone was in. The set up was fast and I was out of there in 30 min, only paying for the tax on my new phone. I love the size, features, camera and sound are excellent, seems to be very similar to the iphone 6 plus....very happy with my decision to upgrade. Thanks Best Buy

I paid the full payment and asked them to unlock my phone. I used it for a year. Now i am switching to another network and i figured my phone is locked and i am having problem with fixing it

When I bought my phone,I brought it back home to see if I can charge it but I couldn't even back it up on itunes and it wouldn't charge as well.So I had to pre-order a new one

The iPhone 7 plus is the best iPhone to date I was an android user for many years when the iPhone come out I made the switch to iPhone and I love it the dual camera takes great pictures and the battery life is great better than my old note 4 the screen is bigger which is great and I personally love IOS 10 the new software comes with great features. Team iPhone all the way ;)

I was a Android user for many many years and I decided to give the IPhone 7 Plus a try. The battery life is amazing! But my favorite thing about the IPhone is that it does not get viruses like the Android. My Android would often get a virus and I hated it. The IPhone 7 Plus feels great in my hand. Also, I love the IMessage. Im so glad I bought this phone. The Camera is also very nice. I enjoy the blurred background feature. I wasn't sure if all the apps I had on my Android would be free on my IPhone but it turned out they were. Apple also gives you 3 months free to download all the music you want in the IMusic app.

Pro's: Fast Better display Stereo speakers Waterproof Better camera's and with 2x true zoom Black is much better than space grey Cons 2nd camera is not optically stabilized and lets in only half the light as the first so it struggles indoors Button vs circle will take getting used to especially with gloves Battery should be better Could have shrunken the bezels on this phone to reduce the size. It is a great upgrade but they could have done more with the phone and not make us wait till next year for all the major upgrades.

Upgrading from the iPhone 6 Plus there is a noticeable increase in speed and functionality. The home button takes a couple days to get used to, but I now prefer it over the older model. Didn't realize what I was missing with 3D touch, but enjoy the added functionality it brings to the phone. Phone seems more solid than the 6 plus. Dual cameras and being able to zoom in has already come in handy getting photos at a distance without having to lose quality using optical zoom. Overall, a great phone. Feel like the upgrade from the 6 plus was worth it.
