My first time owning an iPhone. I will never go back

This phone is easy to carry and so much easier to see everything. I thought it might be to big or bulky but I haven't found that at all. Don't hardly use my iPad any more, and it still fits in my back pocket easily..

I bought it when my HTC stopped working. It was working great for me and it’s a good size. I started having issues with it around January this year every time it updated. It started deleting phone numbers and contact names, but would keep the phone numbers. Photos started getting deleted. I ended up getting an 11.

I just upgraded to the IPhone 7Plus and I love it!!

So far I have really enjoyed the added features of the iPhone 7 plus. Everything from the new camera features to the extra gig of memory should have been included a long time ago. No problems as of yet to write about.

My daughter upgraded to this phone and she loves it

I originally had a IPhone 5S and was waiting for the 7 to come out. I held out from getting the 6 last year. This IPhone 7 Plus is great. The dual camera is wonderful. Still getting use to the size if the actual phone.

Been using this phone for 2 weeks. Love the screen size and enhancements. Totally an improvement over my 5c that I upgraded from and Best Buy had BEST price compared to Verizon. Plus I got rewards points too!

I absolutely love the camera. Great pictures and the screen size is perfect.

I recently purchased an iPhone 7 Plus at Best Buy. The sales experience was great and my associate explained a way that I could save money by bundling some accessories with the phone, which I did. It takes some time and attention to get used to the larger format of the iPhone 7 Plus. The phone itself worked great except for a problem I experienced with the sound quality of my phone calls. People I called complained that they could not hear me and that the sound of my voice was muffled. Although I had purchased AppleCare with the phone, and I had owned the phone only 15 days, Best Buy was unable to help me. That part of my purchase experience was a bit disappointing especially since I had spent almost $1000 on the phone and accessories. But it was explained to me that Best Buy Mobile is a separate entity and even though I am a Best Buy Elite Plus member, my return / exchange privileges on the iPhone purchase was only 14 days. And so I took the iPhone to the Apple Store. After a long wait a Genius Bar technician diagnosed my phone and determined that one of the microphones was malfunctioning. So my phone was replaced with a new iPhone 7 Plus. I have subsequently learned that part of my speech volume problem was caused by the Otter Box Defender Case I had bought as part of my accessory bundle with the iPhone purchase. But that is the topic of a separate review.

Is the best purchase in easiest purchase ever made

Wife says it hasn't changed much but the speed and the camera are a lot better.

I like several new features of the 7 generation iphone: camera, waterproof, and color choice. Purchased the phone from Bestbuy online with a promotion. The process was easy and ready for pickup within 1 hour.
