I decided to upgrade to the iPhone 7+, for easier accessibility with the larger screen. Phone is really handy when i want to read an electronic book.

Enjoying the phone and ease of operation however calls are often dropped and signal is weak. I believe the antenna is in need of improvement.

I have always owned a Android and decided to switch after returning my Note7. I am still learning the iPhonebut I am very pleased with it so far.

I do not like that I can not multi-task with this phone. Surfing the web and talking should always be an option with any carrier on any phone.

It's a nice phone. I still wish the OS was more customizable like Android but overall it is a quality device and we're happy with it.

I love my new iPhone minus the fact that all of a sudden when I get a text message and the phone is not on vibrate it does not sound...

Will need to get used to new home button. Other than that it's the same iPhone improved as always

Switched to iPhone due to receiving an iWatch for a gift. So far the phone works well. I use it mostly for basic functions right now.

I love the Apple operating system but think the phones could withstand a little more. Have cracked two screens too easily.

I drove all over town to find a wire harness and finally ended up at Best Buy where a rep quickly and politely found what I needed

Purchased for a relative. No complaints thus far. New, top tier, phones are getting too expensive and this one is no exception.

Screen size is great as well as the clarity. Prefer if they offered more color options.

The phone has an awesome display and incredible crmera, however not exactly happy with it. Could be the carrier I have but I am constantly dropping calls, and wifi calling does not transfer over without losing the call... even when signal strength is good. I was much happier with my I phone 7 and wish Best Buy had not talked me into the 7plus. I would even prefer the galaxy 8 over the I phone 7 plus.

I am a first time iPhone user. I have no problems with it. Like most being able to Facetime with ease family in another state

Best buy really make the experience of buying a new phone really fun, they talk about the specification and match the price
