I had a Samsung S7 before switching to the IPhone 7plus. It works so much smoother and is much easier to use. I love it. The size is great, the operating system is great and the camera is amazing!!

Went from a 5se to a 7plus. It’s like going from a Piper Cub to a 747. Everything is bigger, better, and yes a little bit more complicated.

The camera was the deciding factor for me, and optical zoom does not disappoint. The battery life is also above expectations, and the red color is even sexier in person. Absolutely love it.

I'll preface this by saying I bought my first Apple product approximately 5-6 years ago and I've never looked back. The way that iTunes syncs so effortlessly with everything on your phone, it made the learning curve so much easier when I first bought an iPhone . Also, once you know how to navigate one Apple product, you can navigate all. They really think of everything and NOBODY has better customer service than Apple! If something is not working, they will figure it out or they'll give you another product. They'll try to find a solution even if it's not their issue (I've had them troubleshoot a sprint problem). You'll never be sorry if you go with an Apple product.

This was a nice upgrade for my daughter, great phone overall, good camera, battery also last long considering she texts and watches youtube videos ALL the time!. Teenagers huh?

Love my new phone.Even though everyone was saying is same old phone with not much upgrades, it is great phone, it is quite fast, screen is very good, good battery life, iOS 10 is great also.

I was nervous going to a bigger phone but I love it so far! It's much faster than my 6 was and unlocks much easier! Not having to worry about getting it wet is a huge bonus for the 7 as well!

I love this phone. The camera is amazing. I love the camera options available to me. The resolution and the zoom is great. The phone has preloaded apps that available to me. Great product

My Apple Iphone 7 Plus is just what I needed. The size is perfect, the features are out of this workd, and it just brings so much ease to my life with it's many functions and features.

I have had an iPhone for awhile now and this is my favorite one so far been waiting for an all black and water resistant and the camera all great features that I love I highly recommend it

This was bought as a gift, the bestbuy sales clerk for our service was wonderful and really took the time to work with us! He even made sure we had the best deal and spoke multiple times with sprint rep to make sure we had the same plans and etc. the phone is pretty good, easy to learn per my mom in law who was an android user. It is fast and best price for a high memory. We also got an otter box which was on sale. This was a great buy because they had the deal of getting $200 GC with iPhone 7&7plus. The camera and resolution is very nice, and sound quality is very good too. Perfect for young people and even for older ones since you can change the font as well

iPhones are great in general but run out of storage quickly if you don't dish out for the one with more GB. I use to be an android user and I do find myself missing a lot of easy things android offers. For the most part, iPhone has been great too. Pictures are great and video. The phone is easy to use and helps with anything needed to keep you organized.

Had to replace IPhone due to water damage-wasn’t interested in iPhone X! Thus one does the job for me. Lot of space & easy to use

My favorite feature is that it's water proof considering this phone was purchased to replace one that fell in water and died! The pictures are absolutely beautiful on this phone.

Upgraded from iPhone 6plus this is faster and battery last longer. But I do miss my regular headphone plug. I just brought a cheap Bluetooth headset for when I charging my phone at work

Better camera more memory, faster processor better battery life.

Been a loyal iPhone customer for the past 10 years and never get disappointed. From what I've noticed so far, The iPhone 7 has better batter life and the pictures are very nice quality

This phone is awesome. 128gb is plenty and much needed but my favorite part of the phone is the camera its focus feature that blurs the background and enhances the pix..love it.

I was hesitant to upgrade to the iPhone 7 Plus because I always liked the regular size iPhone. I am so glad I updated; the camera is excellent and the additional storage is great.

I bought this phone for my 18 year old daughter, who was upgrading from the Samsung S6. It's fast and responsive, and the 128GB is plenty of memory for all her pics and selfies
