Went from a iPhone 6 to a 7+. Couldn't be happier.

The sound when using speakerphone is below average.

Good sound quality, nice camera, 3D Touch is okay.

maybe it is Sprint the bad phone company but my iPhone 6 had a better internet connection This iPhone is suppose to have a better internet connection and all but so far very poor internet connection extremely disappoint .

this was sold to me as unlocked phone for use in Brazil but when I insert my Brazilian SIM card it did accept 'cause it is locked , When taking it to apple store in Brazil they asked to contact apple USA to Unlock it ,That's is not fair to sell me the wrong one even Idid triple checked with sales that phone must be unlocked and they assure it is ! I need to have the phone unlocked but i cannot take it back to USA or send it back to your store . how to fix this from your side?

I loved the phone when I got it, but when I tried to switch carriers I had lots of difficulties, even though I bought the phone unlocked and paid it in full at the time of the purchase.

I had to switch back because of the note 7 issues. There was no other phone I wanted to back to apple I went. Let's see if the R8 or the new Note8 will not have battery issue I will go back

Screen is frequently non-responsive and freezes. For an $1100.00 purchase, this phone has nothing to recommend it. I liked my 3,4,5, and 6 better

I got this for my motherinlaw if you are oldther then 55 you will have trouble to used because the Apple Store account, once I step in again problem solved, Bow she is happy

I was expecting a better quality for the camera resolution. My iPhone 6 took great pictures ALL the time, with this one sometimes i get pictures that look grainy.

I felt suckered into buying this phone and I absolutely regret. Why Apple come out three generations of the same design? That's how you steer customers away.

Can't charge phone and use earphones at the same time also when I have to use square I have to look for the external plug in which I find very annoying

The camera is mainly what I bought this phone for but is not even working. Only front camera works and my flashlight has also stopped working!

I recently upgraded for the 6 and I am absolutely in love with my phone. The screen is bigger and the camera quality is absolutely amazing

Really no big deal it's just a larger version of the iPhone 5 or iPhone 6 they just keep coming up with newer models to make you spend more $$

First phone had to replace after 3 days as the mic didn't work. Why does Apple require a credit card to download free apps?

Still getting use to the phone especially the size and weight Prefer the smaller size if the camera would have been better

The wait is to long and they work on more than one person which makes it longer but other than that everything went well

I love this phone but the price for is really absurd. I suggest you only get this iPhone if you have Best Buy credit card.

Crashes often and does not recieve service well on Sprint. Apple is resistant to admitting and correcting the software.
