This is the first IPhone I purchased from Best Buy. It’s been a rough transition from Galaxy!!

Service was great, however, I'm already experienced glitches with the phone and will need to call apple to fix

Clear screen and pictures. Navigating is going to take getting used to. I think my note 4 was easier to navigate

Not sure what I can say about a product I bought for someone else. I suppose they are fine because it is new.

iPhones are OK, but Android phones seem to be much more functional and customizable.

This phone did not last long. It was only six months before I had to replace it.

This is my second iPhone 7 plus. I had to take the first one I bought back to the store because the screen was freezing up and I could hardly hear people when they called. Now, my second one is freezing up, but mostly no one can hear me talking when I call them. Terrible quality

Wished they made it bigger than the 6plus It's the same size and a bit disappointing

The phone volume broke on 5 th day of using Does not hold wifi well always cut off

Kinda glitchy. My apps seem to lock up more often than other versions on the IPhone

I love the phone. It's fast and quick. I wish it had two ports for my headphones.

I am not happy coz charging and headphone port is same. It's very inconvenient.

Still has touch screen glitches and likes to freeze on me every once in awhile

Battery was good for a month then became weak. Wait for the next new iPhone.

Nothing really seems different than IPhone 6 I previously owned outright.

Breaks to easily doesn't work the way I should For so much money

i should have buy on apple store, best buy probably sells refurbish, and i went back and show the problem to the sales specialist and they want to charge to change or give back, absurd, never will buy a phone on best buy again

It's ok I love it my go to is always an iPhone I love them always

I like my rose gold 7pluss iPhone, very slippery phone thoug.
