Great phone love the matte black look if your thinking about switch to iPhone from a android I would do it and get the iPhone plus you'll be happy I had the galaxy s7 edge and I hated the screen will not go back

LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone right now! Can't say enough good things about it and apparently my younger brother showered with his and swears its waterproof! Not sure if I would do that, but ya know... that is how it goes!

It took 4 weeks for me to get this phone because it was on back-order. So glad that I waited I wanted this color and this size phone. I am so happy with my purchase and will never own a phone that is not made by Apple.

Except for the fact that not having a headphone jack is very inconvenient and annoying

The only negative is I can't use my headphones and charge my phone at the same time.

We started buying our iPhones from Best Buy because of the service we get. Again this time they did not disappoint. I have owed iPhones since the 3G and this one fails to disappoint as usual. Great phone.

The iPhone 7 Plus exceeds a long line a long line of it's predecessors. User-friendly faster processor and excellent camera. Be aware you are now going to use Bluetooth enabled headphones. No more wires. Get a case that prevents water from getting into the speakers on the bottom of the phone and charging port.

I can't rave enough about the outstanding customer service from Best Buy - of course the 7 plus is amazing - but upgrading through Best Buy is the way to go! as a long time Sprint customer I am completely impressed!

I really like this new iPhone! What I most love is the camera settings. Also, I chose jet black because it's something different, but I am also scared that it's going to be more delicate than the matte black.

I have been a Samsung user religiously for the past 10 years. But making the switch to apple was easy and love all the new features that accessing different functions of the phone easier by using force touch.

Bought an unlocked Iphone 7plus 128gb from Best Buy because they are the only one who keeps unlocked Iphone's other than Apple retail store. Customer service was really great. Everyone was really very helpful.
