    The phone is so thin, I lose it in my purse regularly. So far I don't have any malfunctions I know of. The sales person at Best Buy was proficient. She quickly transferred my info from my 6plus within a few minutes. I do wish she would have told me to back up my 6plus before I came because my backup was 7 days old and that material was not transferred.
